- Limited Lifetime Warranty
We, TTG PACE, ("Company"), are committed to providing high-quality stainless steel sinks to our customers. We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all of our stainless steel sinks.
- Coverage
This limited lifetime warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and continues for the lifetime of the original owner.
- Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages caused by:
Improper installation, including but not limited to failure to follow the installation instructions provided by the Company.
Misuse or abuse of the product, including exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive materials, or impact damage.
Modification or alteration of the product by the customer or any third party not authorized by the Company.
Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and discoloration due to use over time.
Failure to maintain or clean the product in accordance with the care and maintenance instructions provided by the Company.
- Warranty Claim Process
If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, please contact the Company within a reasonable time from the discovery of the defect. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The Company reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty.
- Remedies
If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or components. If the product or component is no longer available, the Company may provide a similar product of equal or greater value as a replacement. Any repaired or replaced product or component will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
- Limitation of Liability
The liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product or components. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or inconvenience.
- How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@ttgpace.com. Please provide your name, address, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or photographs.
- Governing Law & State Law
This Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of France without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
- Changes to the Warranty Policy
The Company reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
